Dear Steven,

Words cannot begin to describe how much I appreciate your assistance in the selling of my home. When we first met, I had just entered into a contract with another realtor. It became readily apparent early on that I had chosen the wrong broker to represent me in the sale of my property. I phoned you and first asked you to assist me in the finding of another home, which you did most graciously. You were most patient and understanding with the problems I was encountering with the other broker and did your best to help me make the best of somewhat impossible situation. When I was able to break the other contract and asked you to represent me in the same of my property, you did so in a prompt and efficient manner.

The many advertisements and open houses attracted numerous potential buyers and within a reasonable period of time, the desired result was achieved and the property was sold. Working together with you was a delight. You were always accessible, most professional and never complained. In seeking a new home, you were willing to assist me in looking until I finally found what fulfilled my wish list.
