Steven was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and first set his sights on Southern California to earn a Bachelors degree from UCSD. It was there that Steven’s interest and study of real estate began.

After relocating to L.A., he invested in real estate, managed rental properties, and gained expertise in loan financing while working for a mortgage company.
